Rotates an image

public Gmagick::rotateimage(mixed $color,float $degrees): Gmagick
Rotates an image the specified number of degrees. Empty triangles left over from rotating the image are filled with the background color.
参数
- $color
The background pixel.
- $degrees
The number of degrees to rotate the image.
返回值
The Gmagick object on success
错误／异常
错误时抛出GmagickException。
