Set the pattern used for the IntlDateFormatter.

参数

$fmt

The formatter resource.

$pattern

New pattern string to use. Possible patterns are documented at » http://userguide.icu-project.org/formatparse/datetime.

返回值

成功时返回TRUE，或者在失败时返回FALSE。 Bad formatstrings are usually the cause of the failure.
