Get the directory path for a given backend.
参数
- $broker
Broker resource.
- $dict_type
The type of the dictionaries, i.e.
ENCHANT_MYSPELLorENCHANT_ISPELL.
返回值
Returns the path of the dictionary directory on success 或者在失败时返回FALSE.
