The IntlCalendar resource.

$dayOfWeek

One of the constants IntlCalendar::DOW_SUNDAY,IntlCalendar::DOW_MONDAY,…,IntlCalendar::DOW_SATURDAY.

返回值

Returns TRUE on success. Failure can only happen due to invalid parameters.
